Merited Artist of Republic Belarus
Graduate from the Belarussian State Conservatoire (now Academy of Music): 1964 – as a choir conductor by Merited Artist of Republic Belarus N. Maslov, 1971 – as a symphony orchestra conductor by People’s Artist of Russia, professor K. Tikhonov.
1985 – accomplished post-graduate study by the Belarussian Academy of music by People’s Artist of Belarus Y. Efimov. Twice afterwards improved his skill at the Seminar courses for the music theatres’ conductors led by B. Khaikin an G. Rozhdestvensky.
Over 30 years engaged by the National academic Great theatre of opera and ballet of Republic Belarus. Since 2003 – conductor of the Belarussian opera.
Conducts practically all the operas of the routine repertoire: “Don Giovanni” and “Le nozze di Figaro” (W.A. Mozart), “La Traviata”, “Aida” and “Rigoletto” (G. Verdi), “La Bohema” and “Madama Butterfly” (G. Puccini), “I Pagliacci” (R. Leonkavallo), “Il barbiere di Seviglia” (G. Rossini), “Carmen” (G. Bizet), “Iolanthe” and “The Queen of pades” (P.Tchaikovsky), “Prince Igor” (A. Borodin), “The Tsar’s Bride” (N. Rimsky-Korsakov), “Dark blue Beard and its wives" (V. Copytsko) and others. As a production conductor staged opera "The note of a madman" (V. Kuznetsov, 2005). Routine repertoire ballets: “Corsar” and “Giselle” (A. Adam), “Bolero” (M. Ravel), “Carmina Burana” (K. Orff), “The Sleeping Beauty” and “Nutcracker” (P. Tchaikovsky), “Romeo and Juliette” (S. Prokofiev), “The Fountain of Bakhchisarai” (B. Asafiev), “Spartacus” (A. Khachaturian), “Carmen-Suite” (G. Bizet-R. Schedrin), “The Creation” (A. Petrov) and others.
Toured through Germany and Spain.
